2. Exchange Policy

If you are unable to attend an event for which you have registered, we offer the option to exchange your registration for another event organized by Yes to Life, subject to the following conditions:

a. Eligibility for Exchange

• The request for an exchange must be submitted at least 7 days before the original event date.
• Exchanges are limited to events of equal or lesser value.

b. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact us at office@yestolife.org.uk with the following details:

• Your full name
• The event you originally registered for
• The event you wish to attend instead

We will review your request and confirm availability for the desired event.

c. Exchange Limitations

• No partial refunds or credits will be issued if the exchanged event is of lesser value.
• Exchanges are subject to event availability.
• Exchanges are valid for events within 12 months from the original event date.
