Integrity Coaching: Supporting Resilience, Growth & Wellbeing

At Integrity Coaching, we are dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. As the UK’s leading provider of coaching for school leaders, we help individuals navigate stress, build emotional resilience, and lead with authenticity and purpose. Our work is rooted in the belief that true transformation happens when people are given the space to reflect, heal, and grow.

About Our Founder – Viv Grant

Viv Grant is an author, Executive Coach, and former Headteacher with a deep commitment to emotional wellbeing and leadership development. She is also a cancer survivor. Her personal journey through a rare cancer diagnosis has shaped her latest book, Learning to Walk in the Dark—a deeply personal exploration of resilience, hope, and navigating life’s uncertainties.

Recognising the vital role that integrative cancer support plays, Viv is donating 5% of the book’s profits to Yes to Life—helping more people access the holistic support they need.

Learning to Walk in the Dark

Learning to Walk in the Dark is a book for anyone facing uncertainty, adversity, or deep personal change. Through a blend of memoir and reflective practice, Viv shares how she navigated grief, trauma, and her cancer diagnosis, turning to art as a source of healing. The book offers insights and inspiration for:

• Cancer patients and survivors seeking stories of hope and transformation

• Caregivers and loved ones supporting those facing illness

• Leaders, professionals, and changemakers navigating difficult transitions in their personal or professional lives

Through her story, Viv invites readers to embrace the unknown, find strength in vulnerability, and discover new ways to heal and thrive.
